NDA was founded by Nicholas in 2001.
Nicholas' passion lies in small scale works especially in one off houses and small scale unit developments.
To that end he set up the practice to focus on the design and delivery of unique solutions for NDA clients.
Our approach to architecture is rooted in the guiding principles of modernism.
As a practice we seek to define the requirements of the users and marry those with the constraints of the nature of the site.
This allows us to look at each project as an opportunity to provide a unique solution, one that is tailored to the clients needs. To allow the client to not only be comfortable in their surroundings but to be inspired by the spaces where they live.
You employ stone, wood and concrete, and with these materials you build houses and palaces. That is construction. Ingenuity is at work. But suddenly you touch my heart, you do me good, I am happy and I say: This is beautiful. That is Architecture. Art enters in.
